Pezo Solutions, headquartered in St. Michael, Minnesota, was founded in 2018.  Since then, the business has grown from engineering design and early prototyping to providing world-class injection molding machines for inline catheter injection molding applications.  They also offer plastic injection molding part design, custom machine design and fabrication, and early-stage medical device prototyping solutions.

“One of our first projects as Pezo Solutions involved providing designs and drawings for a local medical device company start-up focused on neurological applications,” said Tim.  “We embraced a rapid-response work ethic along with the mantra, ‘keep the volley going.’  It worked well for us.  Pezo Solutions is happy to help develop the future of healthcare!”

The PEZO Solutions team doesn’t constrain their creativity. During the COVID shutdown in 2020, they noticed people wanting new recreation pursuits, including the growing sport of mountain biking. Mountain bike trails are typically situated in rugged terrain with technical trail features such as log piles, rocks, and more.

“We brainstormed ideas about what people want that doesn’t exist today and created the Yardi MTB brand of mountain bike features,” said Tim. Yardi MTB (www.yardimtb.com) designs, produces, and distributes mountain bike training features for backyards, trails and training events to help build confidence for bikers using single-track trails.
