Minnesota Lakes Bank Announces Market President and Internal Promotion

Minnesota Lakes Bank announced that Josh Gehlen has been promoted to the position of Market President, he will retain his role as Chief Credit Officer and director for the bank.

Josh joined Minnesota Lakes Bank in 2019. Josh was appointed to the Wright County Economic Development Authority and to the City of Delano Planning Commission. He is current and past President of the Delano Area Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Board since 2020. In addition, he is a member of the Delano 4th of July committee and has been the co-chair of the Chief Credit Officer Networking Group for BankIn Minnesota for the past two years. “It is an honor to be part of the great team at Minnesota Lakes Bank where we strive every day to improve the financial wellbeing of our customers and our communities. I’m very excited for what the future holds for the bank as we work to continue to build upon our strong foundation as a community-focused financial institution,” said Josh.

Angela Heying has been promoted to Executive Vice President and will retain her role as Chief Operating Officer and director for the bank. She has been with the bank since 2013 and has worked in the banking industry for the past 35 years. During that time, Angie has held a variety of positions including, Internal Audit, Compliance, Bank Security, BSA, CRA, Information Security, and Business Continuity Officer. Angie noted, “I’m proud to serve a financial institution that invests in its employees and grateful for every year, every challenge, and every success.”
